Job Description

Loan Assessment & Approval
• Conduct detailed credit assessments for tractor loans and other big-ticket financing products.
• Verify customer income sources, collateral conditions (including vehicle/farm machinery), and repayment capacity.
• Conduct on-site inspections of tractors, agricultural machinery, and project locations when needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policy, regulatory guidelines, and loan documentation standards.
• Coordinate with dealerships, vendors, and customers to validate submitted information and finalize disbursement.
Sales Reporting & Data Monitoring
• Consolidate and report daily, weekly, and monthly loan origination and disbursement data across regions.
• Generate reports on sales volume, loan utilization, approval rates, and delinquency trends.
• Track performance against sales targets and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support the central team in analyzing market trends and sales efficiency metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Liaise with showroom teams, regional sales, and dealer partners to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Provide support to front-line staff and sales agents on loan criteria, required documents, and pre-screening practices.
• Assist in training new sales and credit staff on tractor loan appraisal and report protocols.
Risk Mitigation & Compliance
• Identify potential risk areas in loan applications and recommend mitigations.
• Flag any non-compliant or fraudulent documentation to relevant teams.
• Ensure all credit files are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
