Job Description
Job Summary:
The overall role of Officer, Employee Services is to support staff engagement activities, overall HR administrations and insurance facilitations to ensure that employees utilize maximum benefits from insurances and HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Introduce, implement, and organize staff engagement activities, meeting venues and company events to enhance the well-being productivity across all company levels
2. Work closely with recruitment team to ensure that new employee is registered under designated insurance scheme.
3. Analyze insurance schemes and inform recommendations over cost-effective insurances schemes
4. Facilitate insurance process to ensure employee do not lose the benefits from using insurance
5. Work closely with insurer to provide refreshment training to employees
6. Consolidate insurance related-data and correctly record in the HRIS system
7. Perform HR administrations to ensure that HR services are professionally delivered
8. Assist HR team to organize events and employee engagement activities
9. Other tasks as assigned by superior

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Administration Management or other related fields
Experiences:
- 1 year of experience in related fields
Skills and knowledge:
- Skill in organizing event
- Be digitalized oriented
- Good communication and presentation
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office and other useful software)
- Language: Good command both Khmer and English
