Job Description

Manage and supervise daily operation lease by ensuring its P&L management, due date management, vehicle’s R&M and replacement are well managed
Conduct direct visit, networking, research, compile, find leasing opportunity, and identity requirements, current vehicle usages, fleet lease size, budget and anticipate future needs.
Build and foster strong relationships with leasing customers, vehicle’s users, contacts, acting as primary point of contact and taking perfect care of each account’s concerns, complaints and grievances.
Conduct price calculation, bidding preparation, and car rental service agreement negotiation, terms and conditions review and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and compliance.
Prepare quotation, car rental service agreement, renewal agreement, bidding documents, leasing proposal, reports, internal and external letters
Manage internal and external communication, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet customer needs.
Create cross-selling opportunity and expand Fleet Lease business opportunity through TCAM’s Sales Consultant
Develop marketing material, tool, and activities to expand operation lease
Conduct customer insights, industry trends and market analysis to understand each account’s preferences, price, sales targeting, user preference, competitors situation, customer trend and voice, and develop solutions that meet their requirement, expand operation lease, and deliver exceptional
Prepare leasing units forecasting, performance report and other reports to management or as per request from relevant departments.
Develop fleet lease operation’s SOP, policy manual, guideline, and memo in compliance to company’s rules, regulations and best practice.
To develop car rental training material (insurance, general conditions), knowledge enhancement and other training related to car rental to customers and oversee the training delivery
Perform duty in compliance to company rule, regulation and maintain high ethical standard and professionalism in all actions
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

BA in business law, administration, or related field. Preferable Master degree in Project Management or Business Law.
Proven experience in car rental business with at least 6 years experience in Corporate Sales or financial lease and 2 years in management level
Strong sales and marketing skills with exceptional relationship building skills
Good strategic thinking and planning
Excellent rhetoric, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills
Has a good driving skills with a valid driving license and understand clearly of the traffic law
Must be fluent in English or Thai and able to speak Chinese, or Japanese is a plus
