Job Description
• Customer focused- direct sales to resident project, developer/owner/contractor etc.…
• Responsible to execute sales strategies to ensure company meet sales targets and profits.
• Liaise and coordinate with owner/developer/contractor, as a consultant, technical matter for their project.
• Provide Insight projects information for better decision.
• Plan daily/weekly sale activities and report to superior.
• Work closely with finance/account team to ensure all money collected.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
• Experience at least two years sales experience in construction busi-ness.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business administration or other related fields.
• Speak in Mandarin and English is an advantage.
• Good in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skill.
• Hard Working, Integrity, Innovative effective communication skill, and with teamwork spirit.
