Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with both institutional (government & corporate) and individual (household) clients. You’ll identify client needs, provide solutions, and work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a hands-on attitude, and a passion for helping people find the right service solutions.
* Key Responsibilities
● Identify and approach new clients across government offices, private businesses, and high-potential households.
● Build relationships with decision-makers and homeowners to offer cleaning solutions tailored to their paint-point and budget.
● Prepare and present quotations, service packages, and proposals that reflect client needs.
● Lead meetings, presentations, and on-site walkthroughs with both institutional and residential customers.
● Negotiate service agreements and follow through on contracts and renewals.
● Maintain a strong client database and pipeline using tracking tools or CRM systems.
● Collaborate closely with the Operations and CRM teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
● Monitor feedback and cross-sell new services based on client usage and satisfaction.
● Report sales activity weekly to the CEO/COO
