Job Description

• Record and verify daily financial transactions in the accounting system using the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Verify account payable listing with bookkeeping to ensure that the data is accurate and correctly recorded.
SNS (Social Media Marketing)
• Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging posts (photos, videos, reels, stories) to promote products, campaigns, and store events.
• Monitor and analyze engagement data, follower growth, and ads performance to optimize future content.
• Respond to followers’ comments and messages to maintain positive customer relationships.
• Make content and collaborate with graphic designers to ensure consistent brand identity.
Live Stream Marketing
• Plan and execute regular live streaming sessions to promote products, highlight promotions, and interact with customers in real time.
• Prepare product scripts, live show flow, and talking points for the host.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager and store teams to ensure products shown are available and updated.
• Track viewer engagement, comments, and conversion rates to evaluate live stream effectiveness.
• Train staff or hosts to improve on-screen performance and customer interaction.
Workshop & Customer Engagement Events
• Plan, design framework and Guidelines for workshops to Sale Manager
• Ensure alignment between workshops and company marketing objectives.
Market & Customer Research
• Conduct regular market research to understand customer behavior, competitor activities, and product trends.
• Prepare reports on consumer insights, pricing comparisons, and sales opportunities.
• Support management in making marketing and product decisions based on data-driven insights.
• Analyze campaign results to measure ROI (Return on Investment) and recommend improvements.
• Maintain a database of marketing research and performance reports.
Planning & Coordination
• Develop monthly marketing calendars integrating SNS, live streams, workshops, and research activities.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations to the General Manager or Management Team.

[Working Day/Hour]
• Working Day : Monday to Saturday (5.5days/week)
• Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)
