Job Summary:
Deputy Manager, HR and Admin’s main responsibility is to enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, employee engagement, employee relation, compensation & benefit, employer branding, human resources policies, programs, and practices. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Job Description:
1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
3. Working on HR Planning, discuss with all head of departments for any resource need
4. Discuss & finalize recruitment result with head of department
5. Work on employee’s compensation; including; Payroll, NSSF & ToS computation.
6. Managing staff performance and development process
7. Collecting feedback from all executives and other related parties (verbal & non-verbal) on staff performance assessment
8. Ensure all team leaders, head of departments have fulfilled all required information in according to company procedure
9. Working on assessment report for leadership review for their final approval on assessment, progression and promotion result
10. Consolidated assessment result for all departments to prepare for posting & processing progression/promotion announcement
11. Advise & discuss with CEO on salary review & bonus scheme
12. Draft/review and verify on employment offer letter, employment contract, and other related standard agreements; ensure it has been signed and agreed by both parties
(employee and employer)
13. Manage on Compliance Process
14. Work with head of departments to understand and develop/organize training and development strategic and implementation
15. Develop & learn about employees’ compensation & benefits in the market; including, salary review, bonus scheme, insurance plan, etc
16. Monitor and verify employees’ compensation and benefits, ensure all are provided in according to company policy/labor law and approved by related management
17. Draft and develop company policy and ensure the implementation
18. Check & Verify on expense for general operation in office.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Human resources management or other related fields
2. At least 5 years of experience in human resource/admin management role
3. Judgement & Common sense
4. Ability to identify the issues and good analytical skill/negotiation skill
5. Able to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentation and meeting
6. Knowledge of Cambodian labor law & practical implementation
7. Competence to build effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels in the company
8. Able to be trusted with confidential information
9. Good logic thoughts, high sense of responsibility, proactive, well-organized and mature
10. Knowledge of cross-cultural communication
11. High Self-motivation
12. Careful and paying attention to details, service mindset
13. Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player
