exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards in automotive care. We are currently seeking a
dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our
customers receive top-notch service and support for their Jetour vehicles.

Key Tasks
1 30% Customer Interaction and Service Appointment
2 25% Documentation, system record and Administrative Tasks
3 20% Follow up customer post service feedback
4 25% Promoted Additional Service & Package Service
* Responsibility
1. Customer Interaction and Service Appointment:
• Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
• Listen to customers’ concerns, questions, and requests regarding their Jetour vehicles.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on service options, maintenance schedules, and repairs based on vehicle inspection and customer input.
• Explain service estimates, including warranties clearly and effectively.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering workload and technician availability.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate service updates to customers through preferred channels, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the service process.
2. Documentation, system record and Administrative Tasks
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Organize and file documents in both electronic and physical formats for easy retrieval and reference.
• Enter data accurately into the SAP system to maintain reliable records of service transactions (Production Order,
SO, Service Call, Warranty and PR)
• Maintain and update detailed records on Google Sheets for service appointments, technician schedules, and service report.
3. Follow up customer post service feedback
• Proactively contact customers post-service to gather feedback on their service experience.
• Make sure that customers complete the service survey before they leave the service center.
4. Promoted Additional Service & Package Service
• Proactively promote service packages offered such as annual maintenance plans, oil change packages, or seasonal service specials.
• Educate customers on the cost-effectiveness and convenience of service packages compared to individual service visits.
• Promoted accessory part or additional service promotion in order to sales more.
Job Requirements
* Technical Requirement
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experiences and skills in administration.
- Able to use English in both written and spoken
- Well administrative and supportive
- Good computer and communication Skill
- Able to using SAP system & G-suit or other related ERP system

- Morality and cautiously
- Strong interpersonal skills with high motivation skill
- High patient and strong commitment
- Fast learner and willing to learn
