Job Description
1. Order & Sales Processing
– Receive, process, and follow up on sales orders from the sales team or customers.
– Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
– Check product availability and stock levels before confirming orders.
– Update PO into localize System to be aligned with all cross functional Departments.
2. Sales Reporting
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
– Consolidate sales team reports and update sales dashboards.
– Assist in tracking KPIs for sales team members.
– General all reports required from DMS. (Ex.DKPIs).
3. Documentation & Records
– Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
– Issue invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and sales contracts as needed.
– File and archive sales documents for auditing and reference.
– Prepare monthly FOC, Distributors’ claims
– Prepare, checking internal staff’s claims.
4. Coordination & Communication
– Communicate with the finance and warehouse departments regarding stock status, payment, and delivery.
– Support trade promotions by tracking redemption forms, gifts, or discount usage.
– Coordinate internal sales meetings, trainings, and events.
– Share all official documents (announcement, communication….) to distributors or relevant parties.
– Cascade all promotions, Price changed, Monthly Target both PO &Sec Sales to distributors.
5. Customer Support
– Handle basic inquiries from customers regarding product info, orders, and delivery status.
– Escalate customer complaints or special requests to relevant sales staff or management.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a sales support/admin role, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or retail.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with ERP or sales order systems is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in Khmer; basic English for reporting is preferred.

- Accuracy of order processing
- Timeliness of reporting and data updates
- Internal coordination effectiveness
- Support response time to sales team and customers
- Admin error rate (e.g., incorrect order, wrong pricing, etc.)
