Duties & Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning & Delivery
– Design deliver lessons that align the school’s English curriculum.
– Use variety teaching methods instructional materials meet students’ diverse learning needs.
– Prepare weekly term lesson plans submit for review required.

Classroom Management
– Maintain positive, respectful, well-managed classroom environment.
– Apply appropriate disciplinary strategies support student growth.
– Promote active participation, collaboration, academic integrity.

Student Assessment
– Create, administer, grade assignments, quizzes, exams.
– Track report student progress a regular basis.
– Provide feedback students communicate results parents/guardians.

School Engagement
– Participate school events, parent meetings, academic workshops.
– Support extracurricular related English (e.g., spelling bee, reading clubs, debates).
– Cooperate other teachers staff ensure student success.

Professional Development
– Attend training sessions workshops improve teaching skills.
– Collaborate colleagues share best practices strategies.
– Stay updated on current trends English language education.

School Participation
– Attending staff meetings, training workshops, parent conferences required.
– Participation school activities, including field trips, events, assemblies, required.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree English, Education, TESOL, TEFL, related field.
Teaching Pedagogy Certificate (such CELTA, TESOL) preferred.
Minimum 1–2 of teaching experience an academic setting.
Experience with ESL/EFL learners all levels a plus.
Excellent command the English language (spoken written).
Effective communication, presentation, classroom management skills.
Ability use educational technology interactive tools (e.g., Google Classroom, PowerPoint, Smartboards).
