Job Purpose/Summary

The Stock Coordinator responsible managing organization’s inventory stockroom operations. includes receiving, storing, distributing, maintaining inventory records ensure accurate stock levels proper usage resources. role also plays vital part supporting internal departments timely access supplies maintaining stock integrity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Inventory Management
– Receive inspect goods quantity quality.
– Maintain accurate inventory records (manual electronic system).Organize label items properly the stockroom warehouse.
– Issue supplies materials according approved requests.
– Record incoming outgoing stock transactions.

Stock Monitoring Replenishment
– Monitor stock levels ensure minimum stock thresholds maintained.
– Notify procurement admin team when stock replenishment required.
– Track manage expiry dates, damaged goods, returns.

Physical Stock Checks
– Conduct regular physical stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
– Reconcile physical counts system records report discrepancies.
– Assist internal external inventory audits.

Coordination Reporting
– Coordinate purchasing finance teams stock procurement budget tracking.
– Prepare stock reports required by management (usage reports, shortages, aging stock).
– Ensure that health, safety, cleanliness standards maintained the storage area.

School Participation
– Attending staff meetings, training workshops, parent conferences required.
– Participation school activities, including field trips, events, assemblies, required.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Association Business Administration, Logistics, related field.
  • 1–2 of experience warehouse, inventory, stock management.
  • Experience school, retail, office environments an asset.
  • Basic knowledge inventory management systems (manual digital).
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel other software.
  • Ability maintain accurate records documentation.
  • Strong organizational time-management skills.
  • Ability handle physical tasks (lifting, organizing,  storing items).
  • Honest, reliable, detail-oriented.
