Job Description
1. Partner with business leaders to plan workforce requirements and validate staffing requisitions so that hiring needs are aligned with operational and strategic priorities.
2. Develop and execute an integrated talent acquisition and employer branding strategy to attract and hire talent aligned with the company’s talent profiles and business objectives.
3. Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team to ensure effective delivery of recruitment, branding, and talent pipeline initiatives.
4. Provide coaching, performance guidance, and capability development to team members so that the team operates with consistent standards, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
5. Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, including EVP communication, to position the company as an employer of choice in target talent markets.
6. Build and sustain strategic talent pipelines and external partnerships with universities, government agencies, and professional associations to support current and future hiring needs.
7. Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to ensure candidate assessment and hiring decisions are fair, objective, timely, and compliant with company policies.
8. Ensure effective stakeholder and candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle to enhance hiring manager satisfaction and candidate experience.
9. Oversee the preparation and issuance of job offers in accordance with approved job specifications and internal governance requirements.
10. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior to support organizational needs.
Job Requirements
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
2. Experiences:
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Employer Branding, with at least 2–3 years in a people management or senior role.
- Experience in private sector organizations, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain–driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning support, and employer branding initiatives.
- Experience using HRIS/HRMS, ATS, SAP, or other recruitment-related systems.
