Job Summary
Ensure consistent POS execution across all trade channels to maximize brand visibility, support sales, and engage consumers. Responsible for deploying POSM, monitoring compliance, coordinating activations, and reporting performance at assigned outlets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Initiate, plan, and execute POSM, signage, and cooler programs at assigned outlets to ensure strong brand visibility, consistent in-store branding, and a refreshed brand image that strengthens credibility across the value chain.
2. Monitor outlet coverage, planogram compliance, and display standards so that brand presentation meets guidelines and maximizes consumer impact.
3. Support trade promotions, activations, and sampling programs at POS to drive consumer engagement and increase sales conversion.
4. Track competitor activities and identify execution gaps to strengthen trade execution and maintain competitive advantage.
5. Prepare regular reports on execution, outlet performance, and consumer insights so that the marketing team can evaluate effectiveness and improve future trade strategies.

Job Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Experiences:
o 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, merchandising, POS execution.
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Good in English, both oral and written
o PC literate – Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Power point
