Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
– Identify and develop new business opportunities
– Visit clients and maintain good relationships with existing customers
– Present, promote, and sell company products/services
– Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
– Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
– Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments
– Collect market information and monitor competitors
– Prepare sales reports and update customer records
– Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance)
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good customer service and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Willingness to travel when required
