Job Description
– Achieve and exceed long-term rental sales targets (contracts over 12 months, with or without driver).
– Actively prospect, contact, and develop new and existing customers to grow the long-term rental portfolio.
– Maintain a strong business relationship with key customers, especially long-term rental clients.
– Conduct customer presentations at least two (2) meetings per week with targeted customers.
– Prepare and maintain an accurate weekly sales planner (minimum: 3 existing customers and 2 new targeted customers).
– Identify customer profiles suitable for long-term rental agreements.
– Provide real-time market intelligence and customer insights to the sales team for faster response to market changes.
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, using strong product knowledge.
– Ensure bookings are processed accurately, and services are delivered smoothly to customers.
– Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including customer interaction summaries, within deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, leasing, or long-term rental (automotive or service industry is an advantage).
- Experience working with Chinese-speaking customers is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the business environment and market dynamics.
- Strong planning, reporting, and follow-up skills.
