Job Description
– Brainstorm, strategize, and propose event concepts, activations, and plans that are first to market
- Set, monitor, and maintain oversight of event strategy, delivery, and development
- Lead, coordinate, and execute on-site event activation activities, including but not limited to Demo, RDS, CSR, etc.)
- Analysts market trends and developments that may impact offline marketing activities.
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers (i.e., catering, production, AV, etc.) to make and ensure the event runs smoothly
- Assists in creating and presenting programs at sales meetings and retailer presentations
– Act as MC and Mentor events coordinator and/or event assistant, when applicable
- Collaborate on the creation and design of specialty marketing materials
- Post-event reporting (budget and costs to ensure positive ROI)
- Maintain sustainable relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Lead, implement, and monitor brand campaigns and brand communication plans to maximize effectiveness and awareness.
- On-field competitor activities monitoring.
- Design, collect, and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback.
- On-screen appearance to promote and educate products and services to the market.
- Monitor product quality, design, and brand alignment to ensure compliance with the brand identity throughout the organization and partners.
