Job Description

-Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
-Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment properly
-Take customer orders accurately and process payments (cash/POS system)
-Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
-Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and seating area
-Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed
-Check stock levels and assist with inventory control
-Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and report to supervisor
-Support team members during busy hours

Job Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous barista or café experience is an advantage (training can be provided)
-Basic knowledge of coffee, beverages, and customer service
-Good communication skills
-Positive attitude, honest, and team-oriented
-Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
-Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
