Job Description
– Implement the branch efficiency projects
(counter staff productivities, branch model etc.);
– Evaluate and reinforce productivity of counter
staffs regularly to make sure that branch can
achieve the maximum efficiency;
– Re-organize the branch structure by clearly
defining roles and responsibilities for counter
staff;
– Keep monitor the headcount of counter staff;
– Review and improve existing processes/rules
related to branch organization (document
management, counter staff delegation rule, etc.);
– Conduct evaluations on the implementation of
branch procedures and guidelines, and propose
necessary improvements.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking,
Business, or a related field;
- Minimum at least 3 years' experiences and
knowledge in branch operations (banks/MFIs);
- Experience in data analysis, process
improvement, or product development is a
plus;
- Good in people management, communication
and engagement skill;
- Good Command of Microsoft Office;
- Good verbal and written communication both
Khmer and English;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
