Job Description
– Design and launch new corporate banking products (loans, trade finance, treasury, cash management, payments);
– Oversee the full product lifecycle: concept, business case, implementation, monitoring, and review;
– Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify product opportunities;
Define product value propositions, pricing, features, and target segments; prepare business cases and feasibility studies for approval;
– Manage and enhance existing products to ensure profitability, relevance, and customer satisfaction; monitor P&L, pricing models,
margins, and fee income;
– Review product performance and recommend actions to meet financial and strategic targets; set and track KPIs for product uptake, volumes, and revenue;
– Coordinate product campaigns and cross-selling initiatives; support Relationship Managers on acquisition and retention;
– Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
– Identify risks and implement mitigation measures;
– Work with relevance stakeholders to deliver corporate product solutions;
– Provide product knowledge, guidance, and training to internal teams;
– Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration in Banking and Finance, Economic, statistic or marketing related field;
- 4 years’ experience in product development in the corporate banking services
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking solutions: loans, deposits, trade finance, cash management, treasury, and payments;
- Good interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken in English language, knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
