Job Description
– Identify and acquire new accounts/customers, while strengthening business relationships with both existing and newly onboard customers.
– Conduct regular customer visits in line with the Journey Route Plan generated from the SFA system, delivering excellent sales and customer service, and promptly reporting any customer changes.
– Execute sales strategies through promotional activities and POSM implementation across assigned provinces to achieve sales objectives, functions penetration, and volume targets.
– Develop and maintain strong business relationships with caterers, halls/planners, and other key introducers, to drive channel growth.
– Proactively propose and negotiate business partnerships or influencer-led sales deals, including sponsorships and contractual agreements.
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to ensure MTD and YTD targets are achieved OTIF.
– Control, monitor and verify distribution claims in line with approved promotional mechanisms and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by the BDM.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG and/or beer industry environment

- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and decent presentation abilities.
