Job Description
– Plays a critical role in driving sales excellence by building the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for the salesforce to deliver sustainable business growth. This role ensures alignment between capability development initiatives and the company’s strategic sales objectives.
– Create and articulate a capability roadmap and blueprint for the sales organization, in-line with the organization’s strategic priorities towards building a future ready sales organization.
– Identifying Functional Sales Capability competencies for the field-force across levels (from ASM to Sales Representative) & channels (general trade, modern trade, emerging channels)
– Optimizing sales process by developing and implementing a Sales Excellence plan and initiatives that drive and standardize sales process compliance and best practices, while harvesting synergies across the organization and functions
– Development and implementation of Sales Excellence training programs continuously improving the competency and effectiveness of the salesforce.
– Drive people development agenda and build talent pool in Sales together with people and culture
– Develop and further embed the principles of Carlsberg’s Professional Selling Skills as learned from programs and focusing on the development needs of the individual salespeople.
– Measuring effectiveness of the training content dissemination with linkages to overall business.
– Design cutting edge training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and job simulation to meet the Competency gaps.
– Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees.
Job Requirement
- Proven work experience as a Sales training specialist or Sales training coordinator.
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
- An ability to manage the full training cycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of sales process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or Sales, Human Resource,
Business Management.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in the beer or beverage industry/Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCGs) preferred.
- As part of your job scope, you may be required to travel to provinces or cities that may happen from time to time.
