Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory. This role plays a key part in promoting the company’s beer brands and maintaining excellent trade execution in both on-trade and off-trade channels.
1. Sales & Distribution
– Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets within assigned areas.
– Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and display in outlets.
– Manage orders, deliveries, and stock levels with distributors and retailers.
– Expand customer base by identifying and opening new outlets.
2. Market Execution
– Implement trade marketing and promotional programs as directed.
– Monitor competitor activities and market trends, report to supervisor.
– Ensure compliance with company pricing, branding, and visibility guidelines.
3. Customer Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
– Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
– Negotiate with outlets for better visibility and product positioning.
4. Reporting & Administration
– Prepare daily and weekly sales reports accurately and on time.
– Collect market intelligence and share actionable insights.
– Manage sales documentation and adhere to company procedures.
Job Requirement
- 2 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales (beer industry)
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Possession of a valid motorbike license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email reporting).
