Job Description

Trade Marketing Executive – MOFT is responsible for supporting the execution of Cambrew’s Modern Off Trade (MOFT) channel strategy. This role ensures the delivery of high quality retail execution, visibility, and promotional activation, and acts as the execution engine for MOFT channel initiatives and ensures activities are delivered on time, in full, and aligned with commercial priorities.
1. MOFT Channel Execution
– Support the Head of Trade Marketing in designing MOFT channel strategy across all sub-channels.
– Ensure all MOFT channel activities align with company strategies, policies, and execution guidelines.
– Lead execution of modern trade promotions, visibility setups, and retail merchandising activities.
2. Promotion & Activation Deployment
– Assist in designing and implementing consumer promotions and customer promotions across target customers.
– Coordinate collection and placement of promotional materials, in store point of sale setups, and secondary displays.
– Support implementation of 360° campaigns, adapting brand activations to MOFT formats.
3. In Store Execution & PICOS Compliance
– Ensure strong execution of POSM and promotional materials to maximize brand visibility and shopper appeal.
– Conduct regular retail audits to check compliance with PICOS, planograms, pricing, and stock availability.
– Recommend improvement actions to enhance shelf presence, category adjacency, and end aisle display performance.
4. POSM & Visibility Asset Management
– Support POSM allocation, deployment, and tracking for the MOFT channel.
– Maintain accurate logs of POSM usage and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
5. Data Monitoring & Performance Analysis
– Monitor and analyze sales data, retail performance, promotion results, and KPIs such as distribution, pricing, and shelf share.
– Conduct pre/post evaluation on the programs/campaigns.
– Track competitor activities including new listings, visibility changes, promotions, and pricing behavior.
– Provide insights and reports for MOFT channel reviews, monthly S&M meetings, and cycle planning sessions.
6. Budget & Administrative Support
– Assist in tracking MOFT promotional budgets and POSM usage to ensure cost efficiency.
– Support documentation, claim verification, and promotional settlement processes.
– Maintain organized records of channel activities, visibility agreements, and approved mechanics.

Job Requirement
- Strong communication & stakeholder management.
- Attention to detail and disciplined follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- High sense of ownership, integrity, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Vendor/agency management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Educational / minimum requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Category Management, or Modern Trade operations.
- Advanced certificate in Shopper Marketing, Channel Strategy, or Brand Management is a plus.
- Fluent in PowerPoint, Excel, and visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English & Khmer Language.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel.
