Job Description
Executing key account plans, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent in-store execution
within assigned accounts, and managing day-to-day account operations, implementing
commercial programs, and strengthening customer relationships to achieve sales,
distribution, and visibility targets in the Modern Trade (MOFT/MONT channel)
Manage and control customer service levels to ensure timely and accurate order
fulfilment
• Support the development and execution of customer contracts and business
proposals under the guidance of the Key Account Manager
• Execute sales implementation plans aligned with brand and channel strategies
• Drive Corporate Sales (B2B) by managing assigned accounts and identifying
incremental sales opportunities.
• Monitor and control Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) for assigned customers in
line with approved budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and support
new account onboarding.
• Execute key account strategies and promotional activities as per agreed
customer plans.
• Ensure effective PicOS implementation and compliance at outlet level.
• Achieve assigned sales, volume, and customer targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Distributor, Marketing, Operations) to
ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor in-store execution, availability, pricing, and visibility standards.
• Prepare key account performance tracking reports and provide regular updates
to management.
• Support Customer Business Reviews (CBR) through data preparation and
execution follow-up.
• Participate in coaching, training, and personal development programs.
• Support the maintenance and development of prestige outlets through proper
packaging, pricing execution, and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and trading terms
agreements.
Job Requirement
- Effective English communication skills, both oral and written (Chinses
is a plus)

- Bachelor’s degree of business, sales/marketing, or related field preferred
- Supervisory and training skills gained in various cultural and working environments in both local and international companies.
- Good computer literacy: Ms. Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and E-mail
- Able to work independence and work as a team
- Valid car driving license
