Job Description

• Visit the new property with your superior and understand the current situation. Based on
this, will organize development issues and submit them to superior.
• Create materials such as concepts, drawings, and schedules, make proposals to superiors,
and discuss direction.
• Create layout plans for new stores and renewal plans for existing stores, and propose and
provide them to related departments.
• Will create draft bidding materials based on this plan and submit/propose to superior.
• Will manage the site after fully understanding and confirming the contract details with the
contractor.
• Conduct regular site visits (at least twice a week) to ensure that key control items (safety,
process or process, quality, budget) are progressing as planned.
• If there are any delays or problems with the plan, will immediately repmt it to our superiors
and make adjustments (we will assist in holding an adjustment meeting on-site if necessary).
• Provide administrative assistance to superiors regarding contracts, orders, delivery, and
construction of contractors, equipment, construction materials, etc.
• Create approval documents and purchase applications as necessary and submit them to
superior.
• Participates in handover inspection with superior to ensure there are no issues or delays.
Make a list of points raised and outstanding tasks, address them smoothly and quickly, and
report to superior once completed.
• Create handover documents (latest layout plan, area table, each drawing, instruction manual,
etc.), check for any deficiencies, and submit to superior.
• Coordination and preparation for each meeting as required.
• Other support for superiors (document preparation, preparation for internal meetings, etc.).

Job Requirement

• Can speak Khmer (or Japanese, etc.) and English fluently, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to use Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.) or architectural drawing software on
computer.
• A person who can obediently follow the instructions of their superior and carry out their
work.
• Bachelor's degree in construction I Equipments or Facilities Management related field or 2+
years of experience in the construction industry.
• Those who can manage and execute at least one project.
• A person who can honestly report, communicate, and consult.
• A person with good time management and communication skills.
• A person who is willing to learn new things on their own and has a desire to improve.
