Senior Manager, Supply Chain Business Partnering

 Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources, where applicable
 Manage and develop inventory management strategies, guidelines and processes to ensure inventory is planned at optimal level to meet target turn
 Develop demand planning and improve forecasting tools to maximize service delivery performance, inventory turns, working capital performance and revenue growth
 Manage and adjust inventory plans to respond to product demand changes and employ an appropriate strategy for each inventory class
 Manage existing inventory using material requirements planning (MRP) system to maximum effect for optimum inventory scheduling and forecasting
 Monitor and highlight over/under stocking and propose strategies to improve forecasting process
 Develop and review scorecard with internal stakeholders to monitor service levels, progress against business objectives and take corrective actions as required
 Manage and monitor cost and efficiency improvements for inventory management to achieve the optimal level of inventory holdings versus fulfillment
 Working closely with the logistics and product managers on the inventory control of stock levels
