Production Engineer
Job Description
– Lead the development of new products and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
– Plan, manage, and oversee engineering projects from planning to implementation and evaluation.
– Manage the maintenance and repair of equipment and production systems to ensure smooth operations.
– Develop and implement new technologies that can improve product quality and process efficiency.
– Lead and provide direction to the engineering team in technical projects.
– Handle technical issues that arise during the production process and provide effective solutions.
– Prepare reports and documentation related to production performance and engineering activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, electrical, mechanical, or related).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Deep understanding of product development and industrial processes.
- Strong managerial skills and experience leading teams.
- Experience in engineering project management and quality control.
- Proficient in using CAD, CAM, or other software relevant to the field.
- Able to operate ERP systems, particularly JDE, for managing production data and inventory.
- Good communication skills in English, Chinese language is an advantage
