Welding Leader
Job Description
• Lead and supervise a team of welders to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Monitor welding processes to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of welds and ensure corrective actions are taken when defects are found.
• Train and mentor welding team members on techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of welding equipment and tools.
• Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
• Technical diploma or certificate in welding or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of welding experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
• Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer literacy; experience with production tracking systems is a plus.
• Khmer language proficiency required; English is an advantage.
