Business and Financial Analyst
Job Description
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning
• Evaluate investment opportunities and perform financial modelling to assess potential risks and returns
• Assist in developing the business plan and business strategy for the company
• Assist the management team to develop the operational plan and key activities
• Assist in the preparation of business cases and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Assist in advise companies and teams on financial matters and operational improvement
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improving financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for business projects and initiatives
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
• Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Accounting and Finance or business related.
• 3+ years of progressively experience in related field, especially in Education sector.
• Experience in business and financial analysis.
• Experience in dealing with management and many key stakeholders in management level.
• Experience in corporate finance, business advisory, or private equity is preferable.
• Ability to initiate, manage and monitor the projection.
• Excellent in written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time managements and organization skills.
• Strong skills in negotiations, relationship building, problem-solving and timely problem escalation.
