Job Description
• Searching for new properties (flat land/buildings), initial contact with consulting partners such as real
estate agents and construction companies.
• Market research in potential fields (population, economy, area development, competitive
research, creation of3-piece sets, etc.).
• Initial negotiations with property owners (proposing rental conditions, proposing store
opening conditions, handling complaints from existing stores, etc.).
• Prepare materials to conduct owner reliability investigation.
• Off-site infrastructure investigation and data collection related to the target site (transportation,
electricity, gas, water and sewage, etc.).
• Create and prepare materials for internal meetings.
• Assist in updating the development property list every month according to the instructions of
the superior.
• Assist in the creation of set of contracts (and contract renewals) related to real estate rental, etc.
• Collect and aggregate sales information, etc. of existing stores.
• Help to find a company where you can earn extra income.
• Adjust meeting dates and times and make advance preparations as necessary.
• Other operational assistance to superiors (document creation, various coordination matters,etc.)
Job Requirements
• Can speak Khmer (or Japanese, etc.) and English fluently, both orally and in writing.
• Those who can create materials on a computer using Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.) and
domestic and international map software.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction/equipment or facility management related field or one year
of experience in the real estate industry.
• A person who can obediently follow the instructions of their superior and carry out their work.
• A person who can make honest reports, communications, and consultations.
• People with time management and communication skills.
• People who are willing to learn new things on their own and are ambitious.
