Job Description
Develop effective client referral target on bancassurance business partnership and guide to branch.
• Develop annual budget and mid-term projection on commission fee from bancassurance business partnership.
• Develop and enhance client referral sales strategy and communicate with branches to ensure that client referral target is achieved.
• Lead, support and reinforce the implementation of client referral strategy or approaches to make sure all branches can achieve client referral target.
• Coordinate and work with AIA team closely to make sure report on client referral by branch produced and shared to branches weekly basis.
• Analyze bancassurance business partnership performance by branch and take appropriate actions to ensure the targets are achieved.
• Build a strong team to ensure a positive working environment between AIA staff and Amret staff.
• Support AIA Regional Sales Managers and Business Life Planner to improve their selling, communication and relationship skills.
• Work with AIA team to ensure monthly performance report provided by AIA accurately.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing from commercial bank/ MFI.
• Experience from the life insurance industry is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial role.
