Job Description

– Develop and implement loan recovery strategies to achieve targets
for non-performing loans (NPLs) and written off loan (WO);
– Lead recovery team to achieve collection result on loan write off,
PAR30+ and PAR90+;
– Monitor the monthly loan collection report to ensure the
effectiveness and efficiency of loan recovery;
– Analyze the monthly loan loss reports of all branches and regional
offices and provide primary recommendations to Head of Loan
Recovery Department to ensure that necessary and timely actions
are being taken to resolve late loan payments;
– Work closely with regional and branch teams to understand the root
causes of bad debt and identify pain points and agreed the specific
action to improve the efficiency of loan recovery;
– Lead and coach Loan Recovery Officers and related parties to
improve their skills and knowledge towards achieving loan recovery
targets set Loan Recovery Department;
– Support Loan Recovery Officers and related staff on the legal aspects
of late payment resolution with local authorities and in court to
ensure satisfactory results;
– Build good relationship with local authorities for effectively
monitoring and collecting bad debt.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in finance and banking, marketing,
law, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in loan
recovery, credit risk management, or related fields
within the financial sector (including Banking/MFI);
- Proven experience in supervisory or managerial role,
leading and managing a team;
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with
internal and external stakeholders (e.g., legal counsel, courts);
- Good management, problem-solving, and decisionmaking skills with the ability to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint);
- Good verbal and written communication both Khmer.
