Job Description

– Execute the sales activities following the budget plan, guideline, and sales argument/pitch for selling to targeted government institution;
– Take lead in approaching, presentation and negotiation with partners from government institution that could become biller in Amret Mobile, payment collection services, payroll service, and other corporate products…etc) and ensure to meet or exceed the expected KPI;
– Deliver professional presentations to corporate partners from government institution to close sales;
– Support line manager to coordinate of different stakeholder’s department for any new/existing partnership service;
– Support line manger to train and communicate to HORs, BMs, and branches about partnership scope in order to boost awareness and increase performance;
– Manage, reinforce and follow up on all partners transaction and performance;
– Build and manage partners portfolio to create and maintain great relationships;
– Follow up and analyze on competitors’ evolution, market change and business trend to develop/review sale & marketing strategies to achieve annual sales targets;
– Analyze on the partnership services performance by each partners and by staff under supervision for proposing reinforcement action or take appropriate action to increase sales performance;
– Produce a quality reports after having analyzed the performance and product to line manager or management for improvement if any;
– Manage and solve customers/partners problems/complaints in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing or related fields;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and marketing within the commercial banking or financial sector;
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with Government is a plus;
- Good in Microsoft Office;
- Good verbal and written communication both Khmer and English.
