Job Description
• Plans site activities, draws up monthly targets for various gangs, allocating work and reviewing actual progress made by the subordinates.
• Supervises of the work of all staff and labor working on the site, including site clerks and stores assistants.
• Processes requisitions of all materials, tools and equipment necessary to carry out planned monthly project activities on site and indicates the re-order level to the superiors timeously.
• Ascertains the quantities delivered on site are accurate and of good quality for the work to be done for each project site.
• Allocate resources according to the project needs and ensures their safe return to stores after completion of work.
