Retail Developer – Sales Outsource
Job Description
We are looking for proactive and experienced Retail Developers – Outsource in Phnom Penh:
– 20 Retail Developer (Mobile Push Carts)
– 11 Retail Developer
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
– Recruit and activate new retailer outlets to be served by Wholesalers
– Maintain updated list of buying outlets under Wholesalers
– Assess outlets potential for IoT cooler placement
– Build and cultivate strong relationships with retailers and provide exceptional customer service
– Conduct weekly business review with RD Manager to review MTD sales performance
– Drive sales growth and achievement of sales target (Combined WS sell-in) as per BP commitment
– Suggest and generate retailer orders (buying from Wholesalers), ensuring key SKUs’ availability according to company strategy.
– Merchandize retailer outlets, ensuring PICOS standards are met including coolers, ice chests, racks, OSPs and POSMs
– Adhere to the company safety protocol, policies, procedures
– Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirements
Skill and Ability:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with retailers
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent persuasive and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and keen eye for detail to manage orders and in-store executions
- Energetic and able to work on the ground throughout the day to engage with retailers with a positive attitude
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in the FMCG industry
