Job Description
– Conduct comparative analysis of procurement strategies to identify best practices and optimize purchasing decisions.
– Assist in managing the procurement team by providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
– Review and execute procurement requests, quotations, and proposals to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
– Oversee the processing of purchase orders, ensuring timely follow-up until closure.
– Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to procurement, including VAT WHT and DTA for
purchases/services.
– Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that deliveries meet required quality, quantity, and timelines.
– Manage all internal and external documentation required for shipment clearance, customs procedures, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
– Work together with warehouse PIC, transporter to create and maintain the trucking detailed delivery schedules aligned with project timelines and milestones.
