Key Account Senior Sales Representative

Job Description

• Manage/Control customer service level
• Maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, door volume, visual roll-out and driving turn
• Create new outlets
• Follow up Cooler/post mix request and placement
• Opening/Follow up new outlets two days processing
• Prepare and print documents to sign off by manager
• Listing product, bring sample, price list and present to customer
• Request and urgent delivery to the store
• Identify account distribution and resolve void issues
• Plan steadily and arrange work efficiently
• Delivery promotion POSM and Premium items
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, promotion techniques, etc
• Meeting new customer / potential customers
• Meeting Store/Manger to do a promotion, execute promotion plan by manager.
• Working closely with TM/designer if need to do the artwork for promotion.
• Maintaining and build relationship with existing customers via meeting, telephone call and email.
• Check and follow-up sales activities and sale plans
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
