Job Description

– Develop annual brand plans aligned with company business objectives
– Define brand positioning, target consumers, and key messages
– Manage brand portfolio and product life cycle
– Prepare brand budgets and control marketing expenses
– Work closely with Sales team on promotions and trade activities
– Develop consumer and trade promotions to drive volume and visibility
– Support product launches and in-market activation
– Conduct market research, consumer studies, and product testing
– Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
– Manage brand presence on digital and social media platforms
– Develop content strategies and oversee digital campaigns
– Monitor digital performance (reach, engagement, conversion)

Job Requirements

- 5–8 years' experience in FMCG marketing
- 2–3 years' experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager
- Strong brand strategy and marketing planning skills both offline and online marketing
- Good analytical and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking with commercial minds

- Monday - Saturday (0.5day)
- Working Time: 8:00am to 12:00Pm, 01:00Pm to 05:00pm
