Job Description
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
– Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance vs target
– Ensure achievement of revenue, growth, and profitability targets
– Coordinate with Marketing team on product launches and campaigns
– Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and performance reviews
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years sales experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods
- At least 2–3 years in a sales management or supervisory role
- Strong experience managing distributors and field sales teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of Cambodia FMCG market and trade channels
- Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, sales systems)
** Working Day/Time
- Monday - Saturday (0.5day)
- Working Time: 8:00am to 12:00Pm, 01:00Pm to 05:00pm
