Job Description
– Develop and execute sales strategies for the HORECA market
– Manage and grow key HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies)
– Lead, coach, and motivate the HORECA sales team
– Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
– Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
– Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs
– Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
– Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
– Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports
– Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
Job Requirements
- At lest 7 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably in HORECA or FMCG
- Proven experience in a sales management or leadership role
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Good understanding of the HORECA market and distribution channels
- Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Foreign language skills (English / Korean) are an advantage.

- Monday - Saturday (0.5day)
- Working Time: 8:00am to 12:00Pm, 01:00Pm to 05:00pm
