Job Description

1. Daily checking bank statement of IH for all payment by bank transfer and E-payment
2. Booking and confirm amount customer payment without error
3. Set close Account in IBS IH and drop tickets remove modem
4. Daily report terminate
5. Call tickets locked and Migration with post reply back
6. Scan and attach file in IBS
7. Call to deal bad debt
8. Process internal close for customer over 45 days
9. Contact to customer through phone or Telegram about payment
10.Report daily of bank transfer and E-payment
