Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Host and provide courteous reception for international visiting executives and guests.
Assist in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other related duties.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance.
Handle correspondence and communication in both Chinese and English.
Support the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events as needed.

Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and loyalty.
Full professional proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal) is essential.
This role is open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates; comprehensive training will be provided.
