Job Description
– Respond promptly to customer complaints and claims (local and international).
– Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
– Collaborate with departments such as Production, Engineering, and Quality Control to
resolve issues.
– Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
– Work with core teams to reduce daily defects on the production line.
– Prepare and present weekly/monthly quality reports to management.
– Train and guide operators on company policies & quality awareness during orientation.
– Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
