Job Description
– Arrange meetings with customers to identify opportunities, introduce our portfolio and start projects
– Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate products and solutions
– Summarize customer visit report immediately after the visit
– Capture customer visits and projects in DKSH’s state of the art Customer relationship management (CRM) – tool “Salesforce.com”, immediately after each visit
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
– Service existing customers and always identify new opportunities
– Continuously identify, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve the sales target.
– Execute the company sales & marketing strategy.
– Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required
– Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
– Review your own sales performance, ensuring to meet or exceed targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemical, Food Science or related field
- Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in chemical sales
- Excellent command of English (verbal & written) and computer literacy.
- A passion to (over-) achieve the sale target
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and positive thinking
- Self-starter/Self-driven
- Able to work under pressure
