Job Description

– Pipeline Management: Input approximately 15 CVs into the master pipeline list daily.
– Content Coordination: Organize briefings and meetings for the “Employee Testimonial” and “Genie Candidate to Employee Journey” series.
– Social media: Develop and maintain bi-weekly the Genie job posting templates for Telegram channel.
– Branding: Assist in managing and execute various employer branding projects such as career talk, career fair, networking event..etc
– Operations: Assist in tracking and manage the employee referral program.
– Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

- Undergraduate or Bachelor's Degree in English, Communication or related field.
- Humble, willing to learn & tech savvy.
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills
