Job Description
TARGETS:
1. To develop and administrate an accounting system meeting the demands of the company as well as all legal requirements.
2. To assist and support management on all fiscal and financial issues.
3. To run controlling activities suitable to manage the Eco Parts business successful.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Planning and maintaining all activities concerned to finance & administration process.
2. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to the law.
3. Preparation of tax declaration and returns.
4. Cash management with regards of an efficient liquidity management.
5. Development and conduct of all procedure and processes within the responsible functional areas.
6. Preparation and managing the company budget planning and follow up activities.
7. Perform analysis on cost of products and operation.
8. Lead, support and develop subordinate sufficient.
9. Other duty assigned by general management.
Job Requirements
1. Education / Knowledge:
- At least bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or related fields.
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting Management & Tax declaration
2. Experiences:
- At least 5 years experiences in Accounting & Finance management.
3. Skills & Requirements:
- Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Quicken, and Peachtree, Sage…)
- Accounting and bookkeeping skills;
- Honest, accurate, be flexible, be respectful and able to work under pressure;
- Willing to learn a new thing;
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill with internal management;
- Demonstrate sound work ethics;
