Process Engineer (sewing industrial)
Job Description
TARGETS :
1. Development of methods and processes for the production of compliant products, meeting customers and company’s requirements regarding design and quality.
2. Selection of technologies, tools and machinery with the aim of an effective and efficient manufacture of the products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Development and detailed description of manufacturing procedures, processes and operation instruction based on product design, material and composition.
2. Selection and assignment of method, tools and machineries to the relevant processes.
3. Planning and describing of the material and process flow within the manufacturing process.
4. Supporting management on calculation of cost of manufacturing for new product inquiries.
5. Development of sample and prototypes.
6. Creation and follow up of all related documents e.g initial sample report to customer.
7. Support production site on capacity, layout and equipment planning.
8. Conduct work circle “new product development” and follow up its activities.
9. Lead, support and develop subordinate sufficient.
10. Other duties as assigned by general management.
Job Requirements
1. Knowledge of
- Products and manufacturing processes
- Quality Management System (i.e. ISO 9001:2015/IATF16949:2016 or related fields)
2. Experiences
- At least 5 years experiences in bags/garment manufacturing or related fields.
3. Skills and Requirements
- Good technical and management skills including problem solving.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective communication to all levels to both internal and external.
- Familiar with Ms. Office, word, excel, power points and database.
- Flexible and willing to accept new challenges.
- Desire for continue learning.
