JOB TITLE: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MANUFACTURING)
REPORTS TO: MANAGEMENT
LOCATION: TOUL KORK, PHNOM PENH
SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE

*Logistics Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
2. Plan and implement the company’s supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance throughout the supply chain network.
3. Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers and distribution centers
4. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
5. Evaluate and report on KPIs.
6. Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
7. Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
8. Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
9. Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks).
10. Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents).
11. Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
12. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
13. Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.

Job Requirements

1. Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
2. Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.
3. Ensure sourcing good quality within reasonable cost.
4. Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary.
5. Maintains and/or implements purchasing and recordkeeping systems.
6. Manage indirect procurement, including the purchasing of goods, services, supplies, and materials needed for daily operations.
7. Maintaining good relationships and rapport with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors.
