Job Description

• Process recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Maintain HR databases, track employee attendance, and manage leave records.
• Assist in preparing policies and regulations in compliance with labor law.
• Arrange registration required under the law of Cambodia
• Support performance evaluations and training programs.
• Ensure timely renewal of supplier contracts
• Identify potential suppliers and conduct quotation comparisons.
• Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
• Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
• Assist in payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.
• Coordinate and oversee logistics operations
