Job Description

– Support in troubleshooting and resolving issues or malfunctions of software currently in use at the Company.
– Conduct software testing and acceptance; provide user guidance on software or new functions to relevant departments.
– Carry out ad-hoc tasks as directly instructed by the department head, unit, or the Corporation.
